Why do you like being a Real Estate Agent? It’s incredibly rewarding to help people achieve their home-ownership and investing dreams and guide them through an intricate and potentially stressful process. Helping people create lasting income and wealth in real estate is powerful!
What sets you apart from other agents in the industry? My hands on construction knowledge and background provides the ability to put clients at ease and provide estimates on home repairs and renovation projects, and to protect them from major issues even before a home inspector shows up. Also responsiveness and communication are extremely important to me and clients appreciate it!
What’s a unique or surprising experience you’ve had in your business? I’ve helped clients obtain quite a few properties before they even hit the public market (For Sale By Owner or properties that weren’t even for sale), the thrill of the hunt is exciting to me! I’ve also project managed full gut renovations for clients that have never set foot in the property and made them over $50,000 in flip profits on a single transaction.
John’s Dream House: A mountain property designed and built energy efficiently with a grass runway I can fly my (future) plane to for weekend getaways and seasonal long term stays! Or a converted barn with modern features yet a classic style.
