WHEN THE CONTRACT IS WRITTEN IT WILL BE SENT TO MARYLAND'S BOARD OF PUBLIC WORKS FOR FINAL APPROVAL. THIS PROCESS TAKES MONTHS! AND UNTIL IT IS FINALIZED WE DON'T HAVE A DATE OF CONTRACT OR A CLOSING DATE. THIS PREVENTS US FROM SHOWING THE PROPERTY AS "SOLD", "ACTIVE UNDER CONTRACT" OR "PENDING". HOWEVER, HAVING STARTED THIS LONG PROCESS, THE SELLERS ARE COMMITTED TO ALLOWING THE STATE TO FINALIZE THE SALE. WE HOPE THIS ANSWERS ALL INQUIRIES. Timber land.
